Environment Artist

We’re looking for Environment Artists to help bring the Fossil Digger's world to life!

Responsibilities:

• Model, texture and assemble both organic and architectural environments.
• Work with the team to optimise the game to run at frame.

Ideal candidates will meet the below requirements and skills:

• Strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Strong sense of composition, silhouette and environment design.
• Good understanding of Houdini.
• Strong polygon modeling skills in Maya, 3ds Max or equivalent 3D package.
• Ability to sculpt high-polygon assets in zBrush.
• Strong understanding of Substance Designer, Painter and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of texture baking and creation.
• Ability to create vegetation.
• Strong understanding of lightmap creation.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong working knowledge Unreal Engine 4.
• Has prior experience working in Virtual Reality.
